Who we are

Tyler Brockbank

I started Greencrest with a simple belief: people deserve a place where they can work on their mindset, reduce stress, and build resilience without the pressure or formality of a traditional therapy office. Growth happens best when the setting feels natural. For me, that’s while sharing a game of golf and an honest conversation.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy with an emphasis in Professional Clinical Counseling, and I’ve spent years working with individuals, couples, and families on issues like stress, performance, communication, and relationships.

When you work with me, the golf simulator provides the relaxed but purposeful environment as we talk about the areas of life that matter most — mindset, relationships, career, balance — and build practical strategies to help you thrive. I won’t provide any golf instruction as my goal is counseling with you to find clarity, direction, and confidence.

Outside of being a therapist, I’m a husband, a dad to two young kids, and someone who values time with people I love — especially golfing and boating with my family. I know firsthand the challenge of balancing career, family, and personal growth, and I bring that perspective into every session.

Greencrest isn’t just about improving your mental game — it’s about building a stronger, more focused version of yourself in every aspect of life.
